A total of over 3000 first year students drawn from the 2008 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) batch of candidates are by the end of the week expected to register for various undergraduate studies at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), making JKUAT traditionally the first public university to receive its first year students from the 2008 KCSE under the Joint Admissions Board arrangement. As earlier as 5am Monday, May 3, 2010, a number of “freshers” had started to stream into the JKUAT Juja campus for registration.We welcome them to the JKUAT community.
Welcome to JKUAT dear first years. I was there until an year ago and I had an amazing experience. Do not forget the reason that has made you join the campus.
